TeamHealth offers a full benefits package to full-time employees. Generally, benefits are effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
The Benefits Year is October 1 through September 30. Open Enrollment occurs in August, and any changes to benefits outside of this enrollment period require a qualifying event. If you have a qualifying event and you would like to request a change to your benefits, complete the Qualifying Event Notification Form.

You are eligible to participate in TeamHealth's benefit plans on the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment if you are a regular, full-time employee. Your eligible dependents have access to many of the benefits we offer.

Summary of Benefits and Coverage: The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) requires group health plans to provide a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) for each coverage option offered.

- Dependent children who are up to age 26 for medical, dental and vision coverage options

Not all benefits are available to employees with employment agreements unless otherwise stated in the employment agreement. Refer to your individual benefits enrollment form for the plans that are available to you.
